Living among death (LAD) was formed in the mid of September 2008, but was initially known as Lad Pearly Gates; however, later re - christen into LAD. This band based in Diphu, Karbi Anglong, Assam and played a very crucial role in bringing the culture of Music into the main steams (Karbi Anglong) from the least.

4. 1st Runner’s up at No- Tok let - II (Battle of the Bands) – Karbi Youth Festival 2012, Diphu, Karbi Anglong, Assam.

6. Headlining band for Stormbringer X (Pub Rock Fest) 2013, Guwahati, Assam.

9. Winner of Mary Jane Green Field (English Rock Band Competition) at Thomso 2013, IIT Roorkee, Uttarakhand.
10. Opening act for Farhan Akhtar LIVE at Thomso 2013, IIT Roorkee, Uttarakhand.
11. Shared the stage along with some Great Indian bands, Magdalene, Soulmate, Apples and headlined at some great events.
12. 1st Runners up at Phu Ling Lang National Rock Contest, 2014.
