Bio:

Broken Membrane is a 3 piece band consisting of Bharath on guitars, Nakul on bass and Adhir on drums and vocals.
The band was formed in February 2012 with Abishek as the original bassist but the line up changed during December 2012 and Nakul joined the band. Since then we have played at several rock shows. Apart from these shows, Bharath and Adhir have played acoustic gigs at many places. Nakul is also a part of the band PlanB. He has played several shows with them including Sunday soul santhe, kyra, saturday jam, orbit mall, forum mall, G-6 cafe in mangalore and many more.
On March 3rd, 2013 the band released their full length debut album titled ‘A New Age’ which took place in Sonido Musicals and was attended by Ram Prashant(Owner of Resonance Studio) which was covered by Deccan Herald, The Hindu, Bangalore Mirror, etc.. and reviewed by Eight Octaves and Metalwani.

The band's
musical influences are Pink Floyd, Pearl Jam, Guns n Roses, The Doors, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Metallica, 3 Doors Down, Creed, Buckethead, Chris Daughtry, Joe Satriani etc. Biggest Influences are Alter Bridge and Metallica.
